  • Have all parts of the boat manufactured
  • Hull and keel tested for buoyancy/waterproofing
  • PCB Design finished ASAP, wire harnesses made
  • Firmware development and HIL tested
  • Improve documentation and design reviews (report is needed for competition)
  • Gazebo simulation set up for SailBot tasks
  • Control station software and communication with boat via RC and LORA
