• Provides for power wires to exit in a waterproof manner
• Allows batteries to be taken in and out easily
• Can withstand mild splashing without leaks

Considerations

• Is 3D printing the casing OK for waterproofing
• Speccing appropriate O-ring
• Buying already existing battery tube vs making our own
• Use penetrators for power wires to enter/exit
