Step 1: Access Georgia Tech Engage

• Go to https://gatech.campuslabs.com/engage/
• Log in with your Georgia Tech credentials

Step 2: Navigate to Student Organization Finance

• Click on MRG logo on bottom left of page
• Select "Finance"

Step 3: Budget Request Form

• Click “Create Request” → “Create Budget Request”

• Click “Bill Request”

• Give name and description

  

• For most equipment bills fill out the form as follows

  

  

  

• Click “Save and Next”
