• It has come to my attention that more support is badly needed for stinger tug, and undergraduate involvement needs to be prioritized

RoboSub difficulties

• It has come to my attention that people are concerned about engagement and momentum for RoboSub
• Can people please share what their concerns are so that we can brainstorm ways to address it?
  • Concerns about meetings
    • there are a lot of them, and not a lot gets done at them
    • They mostly discuss scheduling in a loose way - can anything be replaced with an email
  • Concerns about new members not knowing what is happening —> could a different communication platform help to address this?
