Wayfarer is the PCB interfacing computer and R/C commands to the outboard motors. This is a major layout revision to Wayfarer 1.1 which also introduces:

The voltage difference between either PA-PB or PW-PB needs to be less than the difference between VDD and VSS. The idea is that the diode clamps of TPD2S017 will ensure that even if there is transient voltage, the excess voltage in PA or PW will go to VCC, ensuring VDD is raised up. The operating voltage of the MCP42010 is 2.7-5.5. The incoming voltage from the outboard motors is 5V. The TVS diode should ensure that the voltage stays below 5V.

The linear regulator was found insufficient, so we are tossing in the 3A regulator board used on the Stinger Tugs.
