Water test tomorrow? - NO!
- Go / no-go reliant on tether status
- No functional tether currently
- Need to epoxy tether - 24 hour operation
- Possible solution - if BlueROV tethers work, replace a penetrator to use the BlueROV cord instead
- Creating a tether is a TOP PRIORITY and must be done by next week!
- Water test goals:
- Water test procedure:
- Arrive at lab ~1 hour before test
- Start bringing sub and field elements to CRC about 30 minutes prior to test
- Test in comp pool 10-2
- Need people for tear down and bringing stuff back to Weber, arrive by 1:30 to help with teardown
- Need people to swim!
EM is making a new tether!!
Instead of a water test this week, aim for full dry test next Friday from noon - 4
