Missing o-ring on tether connection was replaced with o-ring from purple penetrator from robosub (?), greased, and tightened with bulkhead wrench and pliers

Found that batteries for blueROV should not have velcro or they get stuck in battery tube 💀

Vacuum test was successful, < 1 inHg gained after 10 minutes
